For orders within the Netherlands we charge € 4.95 delivery costs. For shipments to other countries we charge different shipping costs, these become visible when completing the order.
Exchange and Return
You have 14 days to decide whether you are satisfied with the item, if you want to return the item you pay no costs.
Snow Shop guarantees that you will get a refund for all returned items, provided that the items are returned in good condition. This means that the articles are not damaged, dirty, washed, modified or worn and that all labels or labels are still on / on the article.
This is how you return an item via PostNL
If you want to return items, you must send an email to [email protected] stating your order number. Indicate in this email what you wish to return and whether you wish to exchange or have it credited. Please also complete the enclosed return form as completely as possible and attach it to the shipment. You will then receive an address label from us which you can stick on your package. You hand this in at a PostNL point. You will receive a shipping confirmation with it, keep it well. Shipping is always at the risk of the sender. You must also pack the package properly, preferably in the original packaging.
30-day money-back guarantee
If a product breaks down within 30 days and you do not wish to receive a new product, you can also choose to exchange this product for any other product or have it credited. You can easily send an email to [email protected] stating your order number. Indicate in this email what you wish to return and whether you wish to exchange or have it credited.
